We collect a 30% design deposit.

We turn the plan into space —

Each detail you will see and touch, aligned together.
完整的施工圖完成後，
提出明細透明的工程估價。
Once the drawings are complete,
we present a transparent, itemized construction estimate.
工程款條件確認後，正式進入發包與排程。
Once terms are confirmed, the build is scheduled.

We watch over the work for you —
sequence, material, every joint and edge —
held to its proper shape before moving on.
完工後一道道驗收，
確認每一處都是你期待的樣子，
